Hello and welcome to Total Estate.

I have been a licensed Realtor® in the state of Iowa since 2012 and have worked in move management, organizing, and the estate sale industry since 2009. In 2014, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, allowing me to specialize in the buying, selling, and relocation needs of seniors and their families.

With a degree in design, I bring a trained eye to creating spaces that are both functional and visually appealing. My approach to every project is a thoughtful balance of efficiency, professionalism, and care—while still keeping the process approachable and manageable. I love solving complex problems and guiding clients through what can often feel like overwhelming transitions.

I grew up in a small town in Iowa and have called the Cedar Rapids area home since 2005. My husband owns a carpentry business, and together we have two children, Emma and Ellis. Family time is a daily priority for us. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me reading, golfing, or enjoying coffee with friends.
